Details of Participation
This promotional offer and Marriott Vacation Club’s products are most attractive to couples (spouses/ partners) aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £65,000/€75,000. It is based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment, townhouse or hotel room. Allocation of accommodation is subject to availability. Depending on the types of accommodation available, up to four additional family members can be accommodated in a townhouse or apartment free of charge but not in hotel rooms.
Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes about Marriott Vacation Club® products constitutes a condition of this offer. Spouses/partners must attend the presentation together to benefit from this offer. If you choose not to attend the presentation, you shall be charged the full retail cost of the offer (as specified in the ‘Pricing’ section below). The sales presentation cannot be on arrival date nor departure date.
Holiday Ownership Interests

Offer Exclusions & Restrictions
No group bookings. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI holiday Owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other Marriott Vacation Club holiday offer, or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Breakfast is not included for guests staying at a Marriott Vacation Club resort. Please note that pets are not allowed except for guide and assistance dogs (certificate to be provided in advance). Flights, transport and travel arrangements, other than car hire, and other expenses are not included.
Car Hire
For stays in Spain, this offer includes the cost of a five-door manual economy hire car as per the supplier’s conditions of use. Please note, this cost excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g., costs related to roadside assistance, damages and other costs that may arise, listed in the general terms and conditions of the car rental company. Drivers must be aged over 22 and must present a valid driver’s license held for at least two years. The car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by you. Car availability not guaranteed if changes are made within 30 days of prescheduled arrival date. Please note your details will need to be passed to the supplier in order to book your car. This service is operated by a third party. Marriott Vacation Club assumes no liability for the products or services provided by third parties. The car must be picked up at the airport.
Expiry
This offer will expire on the 8th of June 2026. All bookings must be made by this date and all guests must travel within 12 months of purchase date. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only change their travel dates once. A standard £90/€100 rescheduling fee shall apply. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date. Travel details will be required once dates have been booked and processed.
Booking & Payment
A booking is made with us when a) you accept the offer via the website or over the telephone; and b) you pay us in full at the time of booking; and c) we issue you with a booking confirmation. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with a booking confirmation.
Insurance
You must obtain adequate travel insurance as a condition of your contract. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers your personal requirements including cancellation charges, pre-existing medical conditions and medical expenses. If you choose to travel without insurance, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
Pricing
The cost of the offer is subsidised by MVCI Europe Limited. The standard offer price is £409/€479 for travels between 1 November and 21 May. During mid season, an additional supplement of £45/€50 per night applies during the months of June, September, and October; on the following dates in 2026: from 22 to 31 May; and in 2027: from 12 to 21 February and from 21 to 31 May. During high season, an additional supplement of £90/€100 per night applies for stays during the months of July and August, from 21 December to 6 January; as well as on the following dates in 2027: from 19 March to 4 April. For stays at Marriott’s Playa Andaluza and Marriott’s Club Son Antem the offer includes 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points reward, 4 days car rental and €120 resort credit. For stays at Marriott’s Village d’Île-de-France, the offer includes 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points and £105/€120 resort credit. The resort credit can be used for food and beverages at the resorts. Premiums are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiry. Please check with your representative for amenity status as seasonal operations may vary. A local tax per person per night applies for stays at Marriott’s Club Son Antem and Marriott’s Village d’Île-de-France, payable on departure. The offer price is payable at time of purchase. The full retail cost of the offer is up to £1,625/€1,878 per offer and is based on current prices at time of publication, which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodations is up to £445/€516 per night.
Marriott Bonvoy Program
The Marriott Bonvoy Program is subject to Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions which can be viewed at marriott.com/loyalty/terms/default.mi. The use of the promotional offer accommodation shall not entitle you to any Marriott Bonvoy Points in addition to the points included in this offer. The Marriott Bonvoy points will be credited once you have attended the sales presentation and it can take 6 to 8 weeks for the points to appear on your account. As this is a promotional offer subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club, note that the usual entitlements linked to your status levels do not apply in this instance.
Changes by you & Transfers of bookings
If you wish to change any part of your booked arrangements, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Any changes to your booking will be subject to a rescheduling fee of €100. Where we are unable to accommodate your request to amend your booking, a cancellation fee may be payable. Note: Certain arrangements may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.
Insolvency Protection
The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (as amended or superseded) require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked with us in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a trust account held by PCO 139 Limited. Data Protection
Marriott Vacation Club International is part of a global group of affiliated companies (“Affiliates”), and your personal information may be shared among the Affiliates and transferred outside of your country of residence. Personal information that is transferred outside of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is done under data transfer agreements that contain standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission and the United Kingdom that provide safeguards for such transfers.
