¹Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™ Exchange Program

The Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program is subject to voluntary enrolment, eligibility criteria and payment of applicable fees. The programme membership’s initial term is up to two (2) years, starting on the date of the enrolment until the 31st of December of the following year. Separate contracts apply. Program membership includes access to accommodations of comparable occupancy as the week owned. When Owner elects to submit a use week with MVCEC, the Owner will receive a Distribution consisting of Exchange Points associated with such use week. Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program’s ability to confirm a specific exchange request is dependent upon the timeshare interests and use periods available or as provided by the provider of accommodations or services. Therefore, Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program cannot guarantee specific resort choices, dates of travel, or types or sizes of accommodations. The earlier an exchange is requested, the better the possibility that a specific request may be confirmed.

² Marriott Bonvoy^® Program

Access to locations through the use of Marriott Bonvoy points is provided via membership in the Marriott Bonvoy Program which is established and operated by Marriott International, Inc., and is subject to the Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions, the Marriott Bonvoy Program information received by Members at the time of their purchase and the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Holiday Ownership Purchase Agreement. Actual participating resorts and hotels are subject to change. The Marriott Bonvoy Program is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time without notice. ³ Explorer Collection

Access to the Explorer Collection is made available through the Exchange Program and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Exchange Program documents. Actual experiences will be provided via contractual arrangements with third party providers and may require the payment of additional fees. The experiences described herein are examples of potential vacation opportunities and are subject to change.

Certain adventure tours, cruises, and events are available through and reservations will be made directly with travel providers for the Exchange Company. Access to tours, cruises, other accommodations and event opportunities and included features are subject to the terms and conditions of these travel providers, and those of the Exchange Program documents. Such tours, cruises, accommodations and events may not be available in the future.
